McTyson is a tool designed to help freelancers and solo professionals quickly locate and extract invoices from their Gmail account. By using McTyson, you agree to these terms and confirm that you understand the intended purpose and limitations of the service.

2.Use of Gmail Data

When you sign in with Google, you grant McTyson permission to access your Gmail inbox in read-only mode. This access is used solely to:

  • Identify emails related to expenses (e.g., invoices, receipts)
  • Extract and display relevant metadata (such as sender, amount, and date)
  • Present this data in your private dashboard

McTyson does not modify, send, or share your emails. Data access is fully revocable via your account settings at any time.

3.No Financial Advice

McTyson is a software tool, not a financial advisor or accountant. The app provides visibility into your email-based records, but does not offer legal, financial, or tax guidance.

You are solely responsible for how you interpret or use the information provided by the app.

4.Account and Access

Your access to McTyson is tied to your Google account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, you should disconnect your Gmail integration and notify us immediately.

5.Availability and Changes

  • McTyson is provided “as is” and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.
  • We reserve the right to limit or revoke access if there is misuse, abuse, or security risk.

6.Limitation of Liability

  • We strive to offer a secure and reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any specific purpose.
  • McTyson is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of the app.

7.Billing, Renewals, and Cancellation

  • If you subscribe, you agree to recurring billing on a monthly or quarterly basis (depending on the plan you choose). Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before renewal. If you cancel, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and you will not be charged again. You can cancel anytime in your account settings.
