A few pointers to help you get the most out of McTyson.

Remove the clutter

Occasionally, unwanted messages may appear in your invoice feed. Hide a single message or an entire sender to keep the feed clean, easy to scan, and focused on relevant invoices.

In a short time, your feed will be clean and scannable.

Export the list of invoices and records

Export a complete month of invoices and receipts as a PDF or CSV. Share it with your accountant to prepare reports and tax submissions.

Paper invoices - send to yourself

Just snap a photo on your phone and email it to yourself.

Give it a clear subject - a keyword like "invoice" plus the amount - so McTyson picks it up and adds it to your feed.

Spot a missing amount

Some invoice formats — especially those in other languages — may prevent McTyson from identifying the amount correctly.

When this happens, report the issue using the icon in the top navigation. Each report helps improve extraction accuracy.
